The Adriatic sea is popular for fishing for tuna, mackerel, anchovies and sardines. Along the coast there are many organizations and companies that offer big game fishing excursions for half or whole days. It depends on the season which kind of fish can be caught, inform locally for the opportunities and prices, the benefit is that when you go organized you don’t need to arrange a permit.

If you like to go sea fishing by yourself you can buy a sea fishing permit via internet valid for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days, a permit for a year is only obtainable for Croatian inhabitants.
