Zagreb City Museum

Muzej Grada Zagreba

Established in 1907 by the brothers of the Croatian Dragon. The permanent exhibition portrays all aspects of the city Zagreb, from politics, the church, the historical and economic to architecture and urban development, cultural, historical, and entertainment. The wide range of themes gives a look at the rich varied life in Zagreb and the changes in its Urban looks and styles.

You travel through time when looking at the archaeological finds, in and around Zagreb, which are from prehistoric times to Hallstatt culture, the early Iron Age, and the La Tene culture of the Late Iron Age up to modern times.
