Every summer a wide variety of events are planned in Poreč, from fun street performance, nights filled with music to movies and theatre performances. Every Monday a circus performance is held in the centre of Poreč and on the ancient streets jugglers, stilt walkers and fire-eaters entertain the public. On Thursdays musical performances bring the town alive, the theme is a fairy-tale world with well known characters. On Sundays the entertainment is themed ‘Istria In Spirit’ and all kinds of events with myths, legends and gastronomy are presented to entertain the whole family! From 25 until 29 of August the Street Art Festival is held on the streets of Poreč. Due to the warm weather the evenings in Poreč are great to spend outdoors and the the street art festival brings a lot of entertainment on the streets that you can enjoy while going for a sea side stroll.
For the younger generation the Club MTV Europe Summerblast is held in Poreč on the 25 – 26 of August 2017. This year one of the biggest entertainers in the world ‘Will Smith‘ is coming to Poreč! But also other musicians will entertain the public in Poreč this year, including Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Oliver Heldens, Galantis, Jonas Blue, Duke Dumont, Tinie Tempah, Mike Perry, Far East Movement and R3wire & Varski.

The event runs to mid-September when a gastronomical event, the Tunalicious Street Food Festival, is held on 14 and 15 September – a must for tuna-dish lovers! This gastronomic event held at the Riva is part of the 3rd International Big Game Fishing qualifications.
