Taxi’s are available at airports, in larger towns and in tourist area’s and are recognizable by a blue sign.

Outside the larger cities the use of taxi’s is not very common in Croatia, inform about availability at your holiday destination. The price of a taxi ride is relatively low and every taxi has a meter. Roughly the starting tariff is 25 kuna (little over 3 euro’s) and than one euro per km, often you are charged for luggage, about 5 kuna per item. On Sundays and holidays and at  night the prices are about 20% higher.
